Background

My professional journey began in 2003 with hands-on therapies and a deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom. Alongside this, I worked in holistic specialist education, supporting people with special educational, emotional, and behavioural needs. Influenced by Rudolf Steiner’s principles, this experience taught me to honour each person as an individual, listen beyond the surface, and recognise the strengths that emerge when someone feels truly supported.

Over time, my work expanded to include energy healing, mentoring, teaching, ceremonies, and community gatherings. Today, I offer one-to-one sessions, courses, training, and shared spaces—both online and in person—all rooted in presence, integrity, compassion, and deep listening.
